Independence, assemblies and our own voice.

SOM Sindicalistes Balears was born from the idea that this country needs a change in the union model: independent, subsidy-free and funded 100% by its members.

We defend assembly-based decision-making, internal freedom and real independence. SOM welcomes people with different ideas, beliefs and sensitivities, as long as they share an ethical code created by the union rank and file.

Santos Robles Torregrosa was born in Palma in 1986. He graduated in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Balearic Islands and studied International Business at the International School of Management in Dortmund. He currently works at Iberia A.S. at Palma airport. He is interested in and collaborates with environmental, feminist and civil rights causes.
