Complete this form to request membership by direct debit. Once we receive your details, SOM Sindicalistes Balears will process your registration and union fees will be charged periodically to the bank account provided.

By sending this form, you authorise SOM Sindicalistes Balears to issue periodic charges for your union fee to the bank account provided, in accordance with the applicable SEPA rules.

Membership conditions

  1. At the time of joining, new memberships will be charged la cantidad equivalente a tres mensualidades en concepto de adelanto de los tres primeros meses.
  2. Pasados estos tres meses, en el momento de pasar la cuota trimestral siguiente, se regularizarán los pagos.
  3. Cuando una persona afiliada se haya dado de baja del sindicato, for whatever reason, and later applies to rejoin mismo, tendrá una carencia de 6 meses en la asistencia jurídica gratuita. En ese período, si utilizara los servicios jurídicos del sindicato, deberá asumir el coste correspondiente.
